Where are you coming up with this "make a couple hundred thousand a year" nonsense? That is completely wrong. Look no further than the multiple lawsuits for non-payment that are still ongoing.
A company that dilutes and funnels tens of millions of dollars to the principal felon, then does an RS, then dilutes more and is still entangled in court for non-payment isn't - in any way shape or form - making a nickel.
