EFLN had already filed the Big lawsuit against all the parties who had stole the $6M worthy hotel Marine from the company! They asked for $10,000,000 (Ten Millions Dollars) damage cash payment which is $0.0041 per share cash value v.s. the stock is trading at Giant Discount price $0.0003 a share currently!

Should the lawsuit be successful EFLN will be worthy $0.0100 a share which is 33.33 Times of the current ridiculous low price since the current Book Value is $0.0059 a share!

Which means every one million shares we bought at $0.0003/$0.0004 will reward us $9,700/$9,600 Giant return with mere $300/$400 cost!

With $10,000,000 Huge Credit Line the company can do some real big business like the mentioned $6M Condominiums project... EFLN is Hyper Undervalued now --- $0.0002 PPS v.s. $0.0059 BV, i.e. the ratio of BV/PPS is 29.5! When that project is done EFLN will increase the BV up to $0.01 per share (which is 50 Times of the current PPS) based on the potential $10M huge profit!
