Didn't say anything about the consultant, other than he will be taken care of has he has in the past.
Check filings for what he has received this far.

NTI has basically given itself the option of gaining a 77%
Stake in HCTI. This is not in the interest of shareholders
Any shareholder who is not troubled by this hasn't thought it through.
