my post was speculation on Jumia: but I am understanding it as who ever wants to use it can name it whatever they want when they lease it and like SG talk about any bank customer can use it and sign up at Seergate (SG)

if I understand this part (Based on the bank to customer relationship services are turned on/off automatically) this is more options like P2P B2B P2B this can be seen at UBA with the U-mobile page and can be used by other as long as they are sign up with SG with A bank account (it does not have to be a UBA account) just A bank account and signed up with SG so if you want to pay bills online or pay friends and your bank does not offer it you can sign up with SG and have access to the UBA format and when bank 2 is up and running it will add all their features too this is also going to be global with the currencies exchange automatic figured out ... to move any money to any bank
