The only thing that makes sense to me for why FluCide was delayed /restarted was that they had trouble making the large batches and realized it would be easier and faster to go with a drug that required less material, i.e. HerpeCide topical lotion.
Or maybe they are perfectionists and wanted something even better - hard to believe (unless they knew they couldn't make enough anyways so why not go for something better that might take less quantities too?).
Fraud / purposeful delay to hide some secret "problem" with FluCide and/or its production is a very very small possibility. If so, where is the evidence? What would be the problem? How would anyone know there was a "secret problem?" This hypothesis is severely lacking in evidence to support it.
