Possible BK, apparently the company lied in their filings and the someone (whistleblower) took the discrepancies to the SEC and now the judge wants to listen to the SEC and the whistleblower and decide on whether he (whistleblowers) story has any merits.
If by any chance this BK gets tossed out, then easily 0.30-0.40, UPLMQ is a BK company, look at where it's trading right now, true that the OS is incomparable, but the market cap is way low compared to UPLMQ, now that's only being a speculative play, provided that the judge throws out the BK. I don't know for sure what will happen here, but it looks like it has the strength to do a double. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
