On FFIN FB, a message to use new platform starting 9/1/2016 - Thursday:
Please note that the previously valid Netinvestor platform will be disabled from September 1, 2016.
You can now carry out the real deal on the Kazakhstan stock market as well as in the demo access mode to make transactions on the world markets, with the help of the trading terminal https://tradernet.kz/
http://moex.com/a1228 on this page, the next to last at the bottom is client, Tradernet
so FFIN KZ is now using Tradernet that uses MOEX which has a whole page dedicated to the OTC market. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm http://moex.com/s1010
Join FFIN, use Tradernet that routes via MOEX and back to your account....so does Timur still need BMBM? There are several ways to make fees on these transactions and are listed in the regs. Just as all brokers, scottrade, etc - but there appears to be a "lag" in the overnight rate exchange in currency - to be based on average of last 3 hours of exchange rate so there may be some "change" to be made in many, many transactions just in the conversion difference of USD to rubles to tenge and back....
Not sure but FFIN is moving ahead with getting all up into the US market via the online stock store and now "real time" with Tradernet (that has been around since 2001).
License updated; however, for what it is worth Timur Turlov is no longer one of the 'Active Officers'...which can no only be viewed by clicking on 'view inactive officers'.
