Bernard did reply to my text(s) finally. I sent 4 between 9:00 AM (CST) and 2:00 PM (CST) asking what the deal was, since I reported to you all yesterday we should see them by opening bell this morning.

So, now the update is "we should have portal access within an hour or so" -- so they should be posted BEFORE markets open tomorrow.

That tells me anytime between 3:01 PM (CST) and 8:29 AM (CST) tomorrow.
