At a $1 buyout the options would be worthless. It would have to be much higher for them to make any significant amount of money on those options. I believe many folks on this board don't quite understand how options work...

But I do agree something is up regarding a possible buyout or M&A. Will likely know in the next few weeks, maybe sooner.
