That is one of the lectures from Ed Starrs' School (or Screw) of Scamming; it's called Placing the Dots...., usually they place out big dots and let people to connect to anywhere by their own imagination, haha, for example this "roll out" one, they said the "management" approved the roll out, they have not ever said which management, it can only means that "MYEC's management" has approved the "roll out".... something like that. That is just the usual trick from Ed Starrs, people never learnt from his past PRs and FB messages.
