he cant go short when he havent the shares from the dutch tender
waiting that he buy my shares, no news no email and no buy and the profit is not cash bud a bookkeepng profit and no invest in marihuana company.
What is he doing with this company ?

Don 't buy until Frank gives us something of substance. Almost every share bought in the month of August (185 million of them) has been shorted.

Frank has to be the shorter. He is either shorting his own shares or the tender shares.

If Frank cared about shareholders, he'd be buying on the open market (thus far he has stolen millions from longs on the way down; look at the interest income on the quarterly reports) yet he is shorting the stock at .0001.

Maybe he will come through for longs eventually, but right now it doesn't look good. I welcome all opposing views.
