It's harder to do good DD, especially with pink stocks. And many people are too lazy, or just don't have the time to research a company.

So the herd sticks with charts and hopes for the best. Also, there's the cynical aspect to all this, when a person gets burned after doing what they believe is good DD, they tend to paint every company in the pinks with the same brush.

Shorts, bashers and those cynical have been trying for months and months to find some dirt in regard to the background of Steve Sulja and Peter, yet they have turned up NOTHING. As a matter of fact, all the information I've seen is Steve is an honorable hard working guy, who walks the talk.
