I don't think anyone is saying they don't uphold superior court rulings. What he is saying is that there is a deliberation at every court, they don't simply rubber stamp the lower courts, which seems to be the argument here, which again doesn't make any sense.

What are you talking about? These are Supreme Court cases. Lol. Unless you are saying that in Roe v Wade, the Supreme Court relied on another lower court decision, which they did not, then your post is meaningless.
