JJ, that is what strategy is all about and kudos to management. People think that strategy is about transparency and that is incorrect. It is about actions not words. It is not a mission or vision statement. And, it is not goals (you would be shocked by how many high level executives convolute those two things). Strategy is about the means to the goals. Product development, partnerships or even M&A are not goals, they are strategies that are means to a goal or multiple goals.
