you are right on with that statement. I'm a big chartist and everything...but I've observed more times than never, that it's of no use when playing a pinkie and BB stock....it can be used to convey a general picture though, but not pinpoint any particular trend or timing...through indicators or oscillators.

I have been wondering about some of those patterns lately as well. The MMs sure have been doing some funky things lately. I almost have half a mind of buying on fundamentals ONLY from now on and disregard the chart....lol
