This has been a major reason for the frustration all along.

We're talking plain ol' hydrogen peroxide, no additional ingredients, and a less-than-over-the-counter potency... and yet the EPA insisted on all kinds of tests to confirm its efficacy etc.

Go figure. Such is the nature of government agencies, even when literally lives are at stake.

According to what was put out earlier, the EPA rejected their application because they didn't source their hydrogen peroxide from an EPA approved source. It's just medical grade hydrogen peroxide but the EPA used this as just another excuse to deny approval. The pesticide department of the EPA is still screwing with them with no end in sight.

Someone at Medizine has the sense to try a different approach applying for approval for just the machine itself and not what it might be used for. Lo and behold, they got approved. For some unknown reason they apparently can't sell the hydrogen peroxide themselves.

With the end run they made around the pesticide group, they are now running scared they may get their back up even further if that is possible.

The bottom line is they are now out of excuses. If they can't make substantial progress by the time the shareholder meeting rolls around I'm sure the company will be taken over by a new group and then we'll have to wait and see what happens. In any event it looks like Marshalls days are numbered.
