Why issue all those options and have the board approve them if they are gonna be worthless? It does not make sense.

CUIN - they probably got some lowball offers and will consider them but maybe looking to partner first. The more milestones completed, the more valuable the company. I do think the IP is worth something. I wonder what Columbia U. is saying / thinking ?

This is just a thought. But I wonder if after the operations halt and the backlash that produced. If it caused panic within management and there have been disagreements on the next steps to take. Like I said, and many said on here, that operations halt forced management to have to do something. Yes, this looks ugly right now but we have no idea what role Fowler played in the bogging down of this company or what? I don't know. But I do know this, since the operations halt we've had more activity than we'd seen in damn near a year. Going to be an interesting ride to the end.

Maybe there is a plan in place and Fowler doesn't like the plan or minimizes his responsibilities going foward. Smart man but a physician not an engineer. We don't know what he is like to work with. Maybe the business end of this is forcing things he doesn't like. Ximedica has all the experience needed to get this through FDA.
