ScanBuy has always had my attention, more so than the other infringer because they were so far advanced in their ScanZoom app., the partners they had and the financial backers willing to put up VC money. Whats the old saying? Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I believe NeoMedia has watched every move they made for years.

I too believe the mobile market will be large enough to support both entities and then some, especially if you refer back to the projected revenue model CF was speaking about during the last ASM. That mobile marketing model had all kinds of reduced revenue percentages built into it and it was still able to produce billions of dollars.
