They did not cut out the middleman, they have given him a raise. Year one 500,000, year two 550,000 year three 600,000 , year four a % of total...

Plus they have given him 50% of the profit from cultivation center.....

Nope, sorry, does not "cut out the `Middleman´" here. The Middleman here is Martin Kaufman who steals money thru other means. Landlord, Security, Construction Co. etc...
