To be accurate, only a handful investors who have been hoodwinked by Seymour and Diwan make that comparison.

Seymour and Diwan have always said it takes them weeks to develop candidates beyond what takes other years. They've always said they can do it cheaper and faster than anyone else, and I can provide the dozens of links to prove this.

As eleven years passes without even a single candidate identified for IND testing, the contortionists are trying to explain this discrepancy between what Seymour and Diwan continue to say, and what has actually happened..
