Just a few months after the Gang of cons found out they were in fact being investigated for securities fraud they put out this provable lie of a PR and also announcing a new front man Chris Tesarski who as we all know now is the same lying scammer as the rest of them are.

Just speculation that's how this played out and / or opinion IMO. I haven't seen anything official of this.
