For some reason he feels the Authorized must be split. It is illegal or a nasdaq/sec rules violation. Otherwise what is the point of writing the sec and nasdaq - "we know it's not illegal but we don't like it. It's not fair wahhhh

Carboat, you fail to understand why the authorized shares are important.

..and all should understand that once negotiations begin/began and any talk of "authorized shares" were mentioned, those authorized shares are all part of the package and now an added incentive to support my belief that all those authorized shares must be reduced as well.

A possible, RS.... not reducing all of the package, like these authorized shares, would be grounds for a major lawsuit.
