Imo the company has slipped gears on numerous occasions. They have bungled on critical issues regarding partnerships with other corporations. They have also misled their investors regarding revenue.
The fact that EK was touted as the person to take ANY to the next level has fallen terribly short as indicated by the share price free falling to the present levels.
Now there are rumblings of insider sales that have not been recorded and conveyed to the proper regulating bodies.
The share price of ANY is so distressed that there should be resignations of the individuals who hold BOD positions responsible for the free fall of s3d imo.
The other alternative would be to file complaints with the SEC and submit a shareholder class action suit regarding ANY'S BODs.

So whatever happened to a designated board finding ways to increase shareholder value? Or just more BS out of the mouths of management as they justify compensation increases for decreasing shareholder value...
