I too anticipate the filing of the S1 soon....

It will allow for all this talk of BAJA to ACTUALLY begin to come to fruition. And if it does get released soon, we will know that there is EVEN MORE PROGRESS going on that we are currently unaware of.

Getting access to the credit facility is going to turn this company from a "rumor buy" (lol) to a "lock your shares in a vault buy"

Can't happen soon enough.

That would then give us a 2nd countdown clock to think of alongside the QB clock.
