Bruce Gwyn was even lying in his resignation letter and still promoting the TECO scam...

We have worked extremely hard over the past few years, and do strongly believe that the direction we have taken in Texas with our new drilling program will bring Treaty Energy Corporation great success.

We all now know it was ALL a scam from the beginning and Bruce Gwyn used level 3 funds, other peoples money, to manipulate TECO's PPS and to move level 3 funds into his own pocket.

Bruce Gwyn's L3 suit has everything to do with Treaty Energy. Treaty is NAMED in the suit as a defendant as is Andrew Reid.

Treaty Energy's and Andrew Reid's place in the suit has just been confirmed by the Judge with the denial of Treaty's and Reid's motions to dismiss.

Motion to dismiss DENIED.
