I do have a question and or point to make. "It is not dependent on any other patents. Licensing rights have never been dependent on the actual issuance of the patent." How do we know that the licensing rights agreement between $EPGL and JNJ didn't/doesn't depend upon $EPGL gaining Patent approval first?? Is there a link to the Licensing agreement between $EPGL and JNJ that you can share with us? They can make whatever contract conditions and requirements they want between the companies for licensing, patents and product development. Until we see the actual agreement it is pure speculation as to what is or isn't dependent for licensing between them.
