One example of an "applicator" would be an extermination company---how this applies to Medizone without the device Asepticsure being approved by the EPA is beyond me...

Don't worry about semantics. AS can now be tested and even sold in the US. Time for the whole gang to get to WORK and get this machine out there in use. That goes for Esposito, Caponi, and JP, too!!!
