Back in May the same thing happened. Porter got around to updating the bogus OTC filings. Even plopped out the $40 to update his Nevada business license. A group of flip traders came in assuming Porter was setting up his next P&D. There followed the usual game...
Create volume. Screeners on IHUB and 3rd party sites notice the volume - "sumpthin is up!". A wave of buyers arrive to buy at 0003 from the first wave of flip traders who bought at 0001. Eventually after a couple of cycles from 0001 to 0003 and back again, the new bag holders burp. The music stops. Unless Porter sees the volume, and decides to start a P&D of his own. Last time, Porter had a different time schedule, and didn't cooperate. This time you have a preliminary nonsense PR. It's all a game.
