Your analysis is most probably correct with normal stocks; but I don't believe it can apply to (sub)penny stocks...
What difference it makes between 0.0013 or 0.0029 ?
If the ask was suddenly around 0.29, this could mean that something is happening. But in that case Hitor management would also make some concrete announcement that would justify and support the ask side. But no news since 3 or 4 years... and more dramatic, not even one sales contract with products as ceramix, 3D-panels or wind turbines all presented to be extraordinary...
Also, if you look to Hitor website, it is a total desolation and it doesn't reflect any professional company structure.
Hitor has no market recognition and no money; Hitor hasn't developed ever any product... it is just a fake company.
