All I hear is blah blah blah, we are leaving the country (have already left) to avoid taxes and jail. We can't dilute in the short term, but you can bet your bottom dollar we will be back at it as soon as we get set up in the UK

Just getting in and noticed the news. I agree with Opus all good points, exactly what I wanted to see, especially with relieving more debt burden and taking care of taxes, and in particular the share exchange will be strictly preferred. I also read possibility of a spinoff? That's an interesting thought! Wish they had waited until Monday to release it, but I can see possibility of a slew of people calling SmartCork in UK asking about the VPOR merger LOL...so they had to quickly nip that in the bud. Oh well, good news is still good no matter how you slice it.
