Ok i agree ,the build out Phase is taking way to long and it has been a painfully slow process....having said that I am not selling my shares "avg. .12" now just as the company's buildout days are behind them and the future so bright.
The biggest catalyst in this sector is just days away now,anyone selling here is a fool at .32 JMHO. You Have CA and NV rec legal and Clinton resheduling....
