A couple of quick questions for all the investors here. Thanks in advance!
SIRG was a CH7 Q stock (SIRGQ) in 2015 with 942,114,179/824,149,108/970,000,000 shares OS/float/AS counts. It has $14,992 cash and $6,052,062 total assets ($0.0064 a share) v.s. $2.99M total debts and $15,751,259 total liabilities from the latest 10-Q filed on 11/19/2013!
Why the ending "Q" of SIRGQ was removed last year? What was the reason for FINRA/SEC to remove the ending "Q" for SIRGQ? How could it worth $7,536,913.43 Market Value (MV) at $0.0080 from as low as $9,421.14 MV at $0.00001? Why SIRG(Q) could soar 800-Bagger within only a coupe of months? At $0.0001 SIRGQ has $0.1M MV!
Anyway the current MV of SIRG at $0.0001 is $0.1M which is the same with the current MV of its Q peer (346,222,370/500,000,000 shares OS/AS, $109.616M assets, and $4.05M cash) at $0.0003. The peer needs to hit $0.0218 (at $0.0003 now) in order to match the same MV $7.537M!
