Hmmm you can't factor that out ?? Its easy! The 11A drilling has yet to be released or what CEPSA's intentions are going forward ! Both of which could be on the positive side but that does not mean that Ntephe , Obodulu and Offor are to be entrusted with the family jewels !
I don't think anyone needs to be reminded of all the things they have done and failed to do but events could quite well see the bad decisions of these Nigerian clowns neutralized in spite of all this innate Nigerian DNA !
