I'm a close friend of Ed Labaton who has a large law firm in NYC If need be I will start a law suite aganst PP of anyone I feel is not doing the right thing

What happens if a loan is declared fraudulent?

How would this affect the loans IMSC has with PP if they were declared fraudulent?

If this lawsuit would stop this internal sale from happening and get the shareholders a fair price for the ETD then I would be all for it.
