As I stated when I first started posting on this board, I love the HNIPU techs. but I lost my shirt in a company that held the patents and licenses 8 years ago in Global Matrechs - GMTH which became GBMR, after it went through a reverse split. They also held another technology called NuCap for containing nuclear spills.

The problem is that at the time, the market was not ready for a product like NIPU. Looks like the time is coming.
