Always take the dollar amount $14,423.16 and divide it by the number of shares, 5,769,264 (sold, bought), to determine pps (price per share) of the transaction:
$14,423.16 / 5,769,264 shares = $0.0025.
The 16 cents at the end of the Aggregate Market Value ($14,423.16) confirms that that is exactly what 'nard did. Said he wanted $0.0025 for the 5,769,264 shares and calculated the AMV:
5,769,264 x $0.0025 = $14,423.16.
So...he obviously didn't think that HAON's pps would be a penny on the moon, lOl...
Here's a more damning, telling...exercise...from the fraud Form 144:
'nard said he sold 3,193,975 shares on 07/13/2016 for gross proceeds of $14,202.31. Ok, do the 'math':
$14,202.31 / 3,193,975 shares = $0.00444.
The high that day was $0.004.
More proof that he's just making the shit numbers up. Like the alleged revenues (sales) and alleged profits.
