#1325 RE: thatmaybe #1323

thatmaybe,
that may be a good idea.

I think it is possible on Yahoo to create a news group where the group owner (could be everyone with yahoo ID) decides alone about membership and deletion of members (not Yahoo)

see for more info:
http://privacy.yahoo.com/privacy/us/groups/details.html
--------------------------------------------------------
Practices Regarding Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

* If you are a Group owner, you can edit or delete any posting or member in your Group. You can also completely delete your Group at any time. Group owners can also grant moderators the ability to edit or delete postings and members from the Group.
* As a Group member, you can edit your Group memberships and preferences at any time. You can also delete your own messages from a Group.
---------------------------------------------------------------
I think everyone can read the messages of such a group but access to posting is restricted to members.

Could this be a way to solve this problem? Comments? Positives and Negatives ?

Oh Thatmaybe come on, surely you don't want any lies of management to go unaddressed, do you?

This board has much more entrenched group of longs. There needs to be one or two posters here that aren't wearing the rose colored glasses.

On the plus side Beijing Marr hired 30 new people in June of this year bringing their total up to 80 people. This would certainly indicate that the plant certification renewal of June 18, 2006 was met and that Calypte/Marr was confident of SFDA approval and hopefully that there were large orders in place awaiting SFDA approval. I mean you don't hire 30 new people bringing total to 80 just to see IF approval is coming and HOPING you get an order do you?

Thatmaybe, maybe you could call Tim Clemensen and verify his statement to another poster here that the condition that Calypte be listed on AMEX or another eligible stock exchange has been "expunged" from the loan agreements with Marr.

All I want to see is the truth. Surely that is not too much to ask, is it?
