It's all a scam! Rinse and repeat. Go read posts from 2014 then 2012 all the same from Ricardo and his family his father started this scam and got craggy did jail time and is bared from stock trading or owning a company in the USA

Fairly safe to assume that Earth Pass Inc. or Earth Pass LLC, whatever game they are trying to play now, did not have any assets whatsoever.

I cannot fathom how folks could possibly run a more obvious scam.
