For your information, Kevin Serrano is in 50-50 deal on this TAP HOUSE deal with UPZS. Kevin should know how to open an a Unique Pizza & Sub. and then CLOSE it. Call him and ask why he closed it?
The hold up with his liquor licence, he is transferring it from an old business "JUST LIVIN THE DREAM LLC"
