I agree, But they supposedly have rented that place for a year,
the sign's are not even the "Official" name.

Anyone who rents a place that big for a year, and never opens to even sell food
is a terrible business person or a scammer.

In the Quarterly, there is nothing showing UPZS share of rent, utilities, insurance, remodeling, etc. Who is paying that IF they are really rented. The blacked out windows may be hiding an empty place.

Weren't the signs in the window over a year old???
