If it was changed, the CEO would have some serious law suits on his hands and I'm guessing he knows this because of the 8ks he has filed and how adamant he has been portraying the fact that there will be no A/S increase. I think we are just in a state of paranoia because the pps being in the teens. I don't think many people know about this stock yet and I hope a ticker change will help. I've only heard ticker changes sparking the pps and I can see that especially with out case when these deals are closing.
