Agree on your value "assuming" all those things go in our favor.

That is a big assumption but yes can be plausible. First we need to get through the nonsense at the PTAB, which is clearly the first and most important binary issue (stating the obvious that I am aware you know).

It seems to me some new posters have some sort of agenda here. Misinfo, views that are not grounded in reality , diligence, facts.

I have never understood this part of message boards. People here are not stupid for the most part, perhaps a few lack full understandings but no one is foolish enough to buy or sell based on messages here before checking sources, and if there are some , there aren't enough to impact the stock... Not sure what those who engage is such behavior really think they are accomplishing other than being annoying- oops, perhaps I just answered my question!

Patent term adjustment (PTA). Thanks for pointing this out.

What this means is the years lost can be tacked onto the end. Yes this will be traded with a multiple. Yes the infringers will be paying for ten to fifteen years after this is settled.

My post a few weeks back regarding this same subject;

The total PTA is an addition to the 20-year lifespan of a US patent. I'm sure this is being discussed by the litigation team

This extension is known as a Patent term adjustment (PTA). Its intention is to accommodate for delays caused by the US patent office during the Prosecution of a US patent application. The total PTA is an addition to the 20-year lifespan of a US patent. The delays are broadly classified into 4 types:

The numbers are impressive just for the Call of Duty.

Call of Duty lifetime sales $9.7bil x 3.5% average intellectual property royalty = 339,500,000 in lost royalties
