Any plans to issue shares? There are some convertibles, but the owners of those notes are NOT going to convert them in the near future.

Is the O/S still the same? Yes, we have 462,289,901 shares outstanding, which will be shown when we file our yearly report by Sept 15. He wasn't aware of what the current float was, as he hadn't checked in a while. With what he and another major holder own it isn't more than 200M.

Are you generating any revenue with IoT? We are currently working on NUMEROUS projects and will issue a public report when we have some material events to update shareholders.

CGUD shareholders feel free to email as I stated earlier. Sounds like everything is going well here.
