I think there is an air of uncertainty around this stock as it relates to a few things

1. Tangiers deal
2. Current internal operations
3. Net profitability shortfall this past quarter

All these don't help to foster investor confidence, but that being said I think the fundamentals of the company are strong (relatively speaking). And as long as they pay back the Tangiers loan I do not forsee this company decreasing in value.

When I read posts like this, I hear a day trader, not an investor. From their SEC filings, AMMJ is an incredibly solid micro-cap OTC stock. You talk about supports and resistances, but not about the marijuana market or the vision. Stocks are reflections of the company's health and peoples' belief in the future.

I don't know you, but I think you're one of the many thousands of doomsayers who try to buy on fear and then sell on hope.

As for toxic financiers, every financier could be considered toxic. They don't care about any company's long-term health. They just want to make a buck. Do you consider the banker your friend because he knows your name and smiles at you? His job is just to make a buck. Just the name of the game. You're never going to find a financier who gives you infinite payback time and brings you some of their grandma's famous brownies.
