Porter seems to hand out shares, also for FREE. Try to figure out what they are being issued for, and to whom. One had the O/S go up approx 500M+ shares in 2015-early 2016. And the result is $4.92 in cash. At that rate by the time all 5B have been issued, there might be $100 of cash on the books.
