Not rumor, just speculation. In both the motion to vacate and in Pinocchio's affadavit, it is stated that TCA confiscated "tangible assets" of HHSE and co-defendant.

I doubt the motion to vacate will actual result in opening litigation, but it would be nice to have some discovery to find out what is going on and what has been confiscated.
