I really like the buying on dips or "spring theory" to jump in on LCLP opportunity. I am concerned about the failure rate of Robert Gruders past companies, past patent lawsuits, SEC and ATF legal issues and audit fraud of their accounting firm. Maybe this is all baseless innuendo, but copies of actual SEC litigation file numbers / documents and actual court filings give me pause. I can't decide
