Once again, Hofmeister stated in the POR that the Class creditors would be impaired - the impairment was to cancel all shareholders shares.

The Judge Confirmed the POR - and she authorized Hofmeister to terminate the common and Preferred Shares as requested.

The POR isn't a menu where Hofmeister and Robins can pick and choose which items they want to enforce.

James I understand what you're saying but the fact that they requested to extinguish them and now the court gave them the approval to do so I don't see anything that would change their mind. I mean we have to remember it's not the court that says they go or not all the court does is look at the plan as written and say ya or na and in this case the court said ya.
