Every single stock that drops significantly (even ones like this that drop for a legitimate reason) have these lawsuits. It's VERY unlikely they amount to anything other than legal fees for both parties involved.
Management didn't have some undermined scheme to rob investors. It's a double blind scientific study for a reason.....
Sometimes it doesn't work as anticipated. That doesn't equate a legitimate lawsuit.
