Given the bleeding balance sheet, I was soooo looking forward in the 10K to see how Duncan-Jeffy would explain to his SHs he was still almost $1M short. And that the wonderful "Stairs" crap had fallen apart. Alas, no fun, the 10K never appeared.
He also didn't get much play in PRs out of the nonsense. For example he could've drilled a hole, put a sample under the microscope, and claim: "There's gold down thar!". One of the oil Microcraps did the equivalent. Or he could've built up a melodrama about sending samples off for analysis. Should've been good for a flurry of PRs. Instead I believes there was only one PR. Duncan-Jeffy was an amateur among mining Microcrap scams in how he played this one. Maybe he was distracted by something else.
